At Strong Dynamics we believe details are everything.  We strive to teach excellence in skating and stick work.  We believe in high tempo practice, but not at the expense of quality.  We are passionate about helping our students learn and excel.  We believe players of all ages are capable of understanding the "why" and we always provide a "why" with each and every drill. We believe in practicing the basics just as hard as we practice advanced skills and we encourage repetition with corrections to our movements.  Lastly, we believe in getting the most out of every minute on the ice and looking like a hockey player at all times.  You'll often hear, "No leaning on the boards" as a reminder to our students that the only thing that should hold us up is our strength, balance and determination!
